MARTIN CUNNINGHAM

Martin graduated with a Batchelor of Law with Honours Degree from the University of London and was admitted as a solicitor in 1984. He set up Martin Cunningham & Co in 1987 in Moss Side, Manchester where he practised Criminal Law.

In 1996 he moved the practice to central Manchester where he was senior partner until he left to set up the current niche practice Martin Cunningham Solicitors in 2002. Since then he has successfully defended many high profile cases and continues to be instructed to defend in major fraud prosecutions nationwide. He is a Specialist Fraud Supervisor for his firm and he has been acclaimed as a leader in his field. He prides himself in the fact that his firm provides a personal service to all its clients.

JUDITH NAYLOR

Judith graduated from the University of Manchester and has practised as a solicitor with Martin Cunningham at his previous practice and now at Martin Cunningham Solicitors. She believes that a client should always feel reassured and be confident in their lawyers.

Since 1994 she has specialised in defending fraud and business crime and has successfully represented company directors in major fraud trials throughout the country.
